Australia has a major shortage of childcare and preschool spots. Some parts of the country have it even worse than others, with around three families vying for every one place. We call these “childcare deserts”, and we’re fighting hard for governments to do something about them.

Next week a new report is coming out showing how early childhood education places are distributed around the country.

We want to make some noise in the media and call for more government funding for early childhood education in communities like yours. So we’re looking for families to tell their stories.
